About Us

Redditch Photographic Society was founded in 1948 and exists to further members’ interests in all aspects of photography.

For beginners we offer training workshops in digital photography: right from the pure technical through to pictorial composition and display. Our more experienced members can also provide beginners with constructive mentoring and assistance.

For all photographers we offer a stimulating programme of speakers on many aspects of photography, and the opportunity to compete with both society members and other photographic clubs in the region.

We meet Tuesday evenings from September to May at :

St Luke’s Memorial Hall

Evesham Road
Headless Cross
Redditch
B97 4JX      from 8.00 - 10.00 p.m.

From June to August we arrange fortnightly outside assignments to build up our portfolios, culminating in a competition for the Jim Farquhar Trophy.

All are welcome to attend Redditch Photographic Society meetings as visitors and we hope you will join us as a member.
